I'm a beer, food and travel writer. If you want books about beer, then I've got six of them, including A Brief History of Lager: 500 Years of the World's Favourite Drink, and have written many articles for different publications around the world. You can see me as the beer expert on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch. I've worked with numerous breweries and food and drink companies, like Camden Town Brewery, Pilsner Urquell and Byron Hamburgers, on projects as varied as beer education, staff training, menu development, copywriting, content creation, category consultancy, engaging talks, and more. I've judged some of the world's top competitions, including the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival. Some of my writing awards have included Beer and Food Writer of the Year and Beer and Travel Writer of the year.
